Agra is a city on the banks of the Yamuna river in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is famous for being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. The city has a rich history and was the capital of the Mughal Empire under Mughal emperors Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jahangir and Shah Jahan.
